DAY TWO

INGREDIENTS

  • Jalisco Holiday Spritz
  • 1.5 oz EBY blanco
  • 1 oz cranberry liqueur
  • 1/2 oz rosemary syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Dry Prosecco, to top 

MAKE IT

Add first five ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake briefly. Strain into wine glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco, and garnish with cranberries and fresh rosemary.
