- 2 oz EBY Blanco Tequila
- 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .50 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .25 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 oz Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
- Maldon Sea Salt or Smoked Sea Salt for the rim blended with dehydrated lime zest
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice and agave in a shaker tin, top with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top with sparkling pink grapefruit. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
