- 2 oz El Bandido Tequila Blanco
- 2 oz coconut milk
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz agave syrup (or to taste)
- 3-4 dashes ginger bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake 10-15 seconds. Double strain over crushed ice.
