- 1 oz EBY Reposado
- 1 oz Blueberry Syrup
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 barspoon Blue Curacao
- 1 dash Orleans Bitters (Scrappy’s) Top Champagne
Combine all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill, then strain into a chilled coupe or champagne glass. Top of with cold champagne. Garnish with a dried lime wheel and a pick full of blueberries.
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- Several Whole Allspice Berries (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until reduced by about half, about 12-20 minutes. Strain, bottle and refrigerate. Should keep for about 2 weeks.
