INGREDIENTS
- 1.25 oz El Bandido Yankee Reposado .5 oz Pear Liqueur
- .25 oz Allspice Dram
- .25 oz Ginger Liqueur
- .5 oz Meyer Lemon Juice 1 Dash Angostura Bitters 3 Slices Fresh Pear
MAKE IT
In a mixing glass muddle pear slices and Meyer lemon juice into a pulp. Fine strain into a cocktail shaker, pressing with muddler to extract as much juice as possible. Add all additional ingredients to shaker. Shake with ice until chilled, then strain into a cold glass over a large piece of fresh ice. Garnish with pear fan and dehydrated lemon wheel brushed with edible gold shimmer.
