INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila @elbandidoyankee
- 0.5 oz Crème de Cassis
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Homemade Hibiscus Tea by @kathollars76
- 2 oz Black Currant Ginger Beer @windmillgingerbrew
- Hibiscus Tea Ice Sphere
- Fresh Thyme
MAKE IT
Freeze hibiscus sphere in advance. Combine all the ingredients except for ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Pour over the ice sphere.
