The Yuletide Bandit

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz El Bandido Yankee Blanco
5 oz Rhubarb Liqueur
5 oz orgeat
75 oz lime juice
2 strawberries
Sparkling Water

MAKE IT

Add ingredients except sparkling water to shaker tin. Gently muddle strawberries. Add ice to tin and shake. Double strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water (~2 oz or to taste), stir gently. Garnish with strawberry and enjoy!
